The regional partnership aims to support the inclusion with equity of children, across the development and humanitarian contexts, including:

1. Advocacy for an inclusive society for children with disabilities, which includes non-discrimination and accessibility to quality health, education, sports, and increased services.

2. The strengthening of the commitment and "A Call to Action" for advancing the plight of persons with disabilities in CARICOM, Latin America and globally. 

3. The sensitization of participants on the nature of the problems facing children and persons with disabilities, even in times of emergency, and to effect change by identifying concrete actions that can be shared, replicated or translated to the countries of CARICOM, Latin America and the region.
