“16 Days of Activism: Unmasking the Many Faces of Gender Based Violence.”

Overview

Gender based Violence is the most extreme expression of unequal gender relations in society and one of the most widespread violations of human rights.

While it disproportionately affects females, it also affects males and occur worldwide in homes, schools, work-places and communities.
MISSION

Work to promote a happy, healthy and respectful environment where there is ZERO tolerance for gender based violence.

We intend to do this by increasing awareness and understanding of the impact of domestic violence, and providing information/education that drive that change.

FACT
In the 24 developing countries studied in a recent survey, a combined total of only 7% of survivors of gender-based violence, including physical and sexual acts, formally reported their attacks to police, medical or social services.
